Q.I tried to online registration, but I can't. Because you say full capacity. What should I do?

If there are any pre-registration cancellations before July 5, registration will re-open for those slots. Would you try to registration some other time.

Q.It says other people will register. Will it be possible?

A.No. You must be registered by yourself.
